It’s very clear that Brooke’s background in the service industry has served her incredibly well. She got her real estate licence in 2005 because she loves helping people, loves a challenge, and loves beautiful homes – and her career as an agent with Luxury Homes certainly gives her access to all three of those passions!
Brooke has extensive expertise in new construction and as a listing agent, with an eye for immaculate staging that gets her listings sold for the best price possible. Her negotiating skills are second to none, she’s hard-working and pays attention to detail – and she loves it when clients become friends, something that happens regularly as she’s an eternal optimist that enjoys life to the max.
“I promise there will never be a dull moment when working with me,” says Brooke. “My personality just doesn’t allow for it!” Brooke is a self-proclaimed foodie, so in her spare time you’ll find her trying out a delicious new restaurant, lifting weights or at a Pilates class. Excitingly, she and her fiancé built a new home together in Franklin last year where they live with their two cats (one of which has three legs!).
